I am a dedicated real estate professional who has lived in Charles County for over 20 years with my husband Dan and our two children. Dan is the owner of Stottlemyer Homes , which has specialized in building premier custom homes in Charles County for over 30 years. I am committed to making my customers successful, whether they are buying or selling a home. In addition to resales, I represent Stottlemyer Homes and work side by side with Dan and my clients throughout the building process, helping them create and build their dream home. While raising our children, I have been very involved in the community in addition to working with Dan in the home building business. I understand all aspects of the building process and everything that goes into creating a custom home. This knowledge is very important when working with clients building a home, allowing me to have a understanding of what needs to be done, and makes it possible for me to address their needs and answer any questions they have. She walked through the entire house and generated a list of what changes should be made prior to to putting our house on the market, this was incredibly helpful. She was positive and realistic with change suggestions. Once we put the house on the market Cathy kept us up to date on interst levels and showing feedback. She was quick to respond when we had questions and was always professional. Cathy did a great job and it was a pleasure working with her.
