She began by asking my wife and I questions about what we were looking for and what we needed. Crystal paid close attention and showed properties that met our needs. Her knowledge of the homes, community and town were outstanding. She was able to answer all our questions regarding the homes in a timely and honest manner. When we decided on the home we would purchase, Crystal assisted us through the offer, contract, and closing details with the same enthusiasm she displayed when we first met. She maintained communications with us and kept us informed on progress. I felt like I was working with a close friend rather than a real estate agent.
