Dan has helped me purchase and sell multiple properties over the past few years. I think if anyone is wanting results,I would highly recommend him to anyone, and have done so many times. Dan's years of experience have been proven time after time.

I had visited with Dan on the phone a year before we were serious about buying a home. Then through the progression of wanting to view some home Dan was so helpful. We felt so at ease with him from the very start. Then when he knew we were truly serious he actually pursued us with some homes that were what we were looking for. Also we lived out of state and Dan was able to work easily with our children that live in the Edmond area.We can't say enough good things about the relationship that I feel we developed with Dan. He was knowledgeable about the areas and types of properties we were interested in.We owe Dan a huge thank you as he was quick and on the trigger with finding us the PERFECT property that fulfills my dream. The paperwork and other various inspections all went smoothly due to Dan's suggestions. Dan Markus is #1 as far as we are concerned! Dan did timely checks with us and our interests in looking at homes . That was important to us as we did not live in the area and didn't always know what was up for sale. We relied on the website he set up for us. We were so impressed with Dan Markus/Century 21 Goodyear Green. It has been 35 years since we have bought a home. We knew that times and selling and buying homes had changed quite a lot, but Dan walked us through everything so smoothly . It was a very pleasant experience. Dan treated us like we were friends, not just another client. He never used high pressure or seemed impatient with our decisions. Truly a great broker. I wish he could sell our house here in Liberal Kansas for us!!

I actually didn't work much with Dan Markus himself, but rather with Donica, who works with him. She was exceedingly competent, however, and was very approachable and reachable. She explained everything well and handled everything I needed her to handle, and was very flexible. It was a great experience, and I'd work with Dan Markus' office any time.
