Seller reviewDarcy is personable, knowledgeable about the Stafford area, and had a solid sales plan for our home. She isn't pushy and LISTENED to what our plan was and gave us suggestions; not tell us to do it her way. Her suggestions were spot on. Darcy was a great go-to person on all aspects for the sale of our home. Darcy Wine did an OUTSTANDING job planning, marketing, and working with us (as well as other realtors and prospective buyers) to ensure we had and did what we need to sale our home in 6 days. She knew all the right things to do to get us the lowest price and the earliest closing date on the house we fell in love with. It took us 38 days between our first conversation and closing on the house of our dreams - unbelievably fast time during the COVID-19 pandemic and a surge in load refinancing due to very low rates.
