Personal Profile
David is a life-long resident of Lorain County, being born and raised in Elyria. I am a graduate of Elyria Catholic High School and received an associate degree from Lorain County Community College and my Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Baldwin Wallace University.
I have always wanted to work with and help people which was one of the reasons I served the City of Amherst as a councilman and as the City Auditor for a combined 22 years. It was that desire to help people that also led me into the real estate field. I truly enjoy helping people find that perfect home or help them market and sell their current home. I feel that being present for my clients is what helps them overcome that apprehension of making one of the largest financial decisions of their life.

Seller reviewWhen first meeting Dave Kukucka I knew that we had someone that represent us in the sale of our home that had honesty and integrity upfront and foremost. He never pushed us to hurry any decisions and always offered us his help and knowledge in all the aspects to make the process of selling our first home of 28 years easier. Although the only hiccups we had in the sales process was our lender, Huntington Bank. Dave was able to help buffer us from the unprofessional ways the lender was handing our loan process. He offered this on his own and thanks to his recommendation of a great title company Ohio Land Title, we were able to get through the process. If the rest of your staff is the same caliber as this agent Century21 DeAnna Realty should excel in the market
