Century 21 sold our two one bedroom villa this summer, within 60 days. Both Villas were on the market less than 30 days. The photo's market price, and advertising, brought in 5 buyers and 2 buyers said yes. Closing was seamless, as well as closure to owning these two properties for 16 years.
