We were looking for someone who was very knowledgeable about the unique areas of Hilton Head, with lots of experience. Deanna (Dee) passed this test with flying colors. She knew about so many places on the island, their nuances and good things, as well as issues. She gave us leads for electricians, plumbers, she knows a lot of good people. She is also very personable, and friendly. We really felt we could trust her, and that she was in our corner. Dee Gramoy helped us sort through several important issues with our villa and the regime during the purchase process, she kept things moving along for us. This was the smoothest and nicest closing we have ever had, because Dee did a great job recommending a mortgage lender, attorney, everything fell into place so well.
