We were looking for someone who was very knowledgeable about the unique areas of Hilton Head, with lots of experience. Deanna (Dee) passed this test with flying colors. She knew about so many places on the island, their nuances and good things, as well as issues. She gave us leads for electricians, plumbers, she knows a lot of good people. She is also very personable, and friendly. We really felt we could trust her, and that she was in our corner. Dee Gramoy helped us sort through several important issues with our villa and the regime during the purchase process, she kept things moving along for us. This was the smoothest and nicest closing we have ever had, because Dee did a great job recommending a mortgage lender, attorney, everything fell into place so well. Deanna (Dee) was sooooo patient, we had offers in on a few places that eventually didn't work out for one reason or another. We even took a break from looking at properties to think things over, and Dee was there waiting for us when we were back on the island. She has the patience of a saint!!! She is a wonderful person, and a great agent. Dee is the best realtor on Hilton Head, she is absolutely wonderful. She is extremely smart, so terrific to have her at your side. We love Dee. Dee is so good at what she does, and she is patient, very accessible, and very savvy about property negotiations and looking out for her clients!!
