Seller reviewDenise did a great job selling our house. She came in and did an assessment to include new paint and carpet. And another long list of things to do in preparation for sale. Needless to say I did not want to spend the money but I did. Denise had a professional photographer come and do the pictures and she marketed the house very well. OUR HOUSE SOLD FOR MORE THAN ASKING PRICE IN 23 HOURS. Folks-that is how you move product! If you want your home sold...... 1. Go with Denise 2. Listen to what she says 3. After viewing several homes together I felt like Denise knew and understood what was important to me. This was a key factor because GA housing market wash hot! Most homes were under contract within 3 days of listing. If I found a home and was not able to make it down in time to view, I trusted Denise enough to view the property for me and based on her feed back put in an offer.
