First impressions to buyers is important so when I saw her signage and literature placed inside and outside my home I was very impressed. Everything looked so professional! No wonder I had 3 offers in the first 2 days! Denise just has a way about her that tells you she is in control of what is going on. She always made herself available for anything that was needed. She is very patient; which is one thing I needed! :) Denise was so good I will never consider using anyone else in the future.
