Seller reviewWe moved 11hours away before putting our house on the market. Dirk was an essential part in getting house properly cleaned and maintained after we moved! He aided in getting excellent contractors for areas that needed to be corrected prior to the closing. All through the process, he was a solid advocate, reality based, counselor, and a great communicator. I highly recommend this diligent man to be your property advocate too!

But Dirk understood I had an exceptional property that only grew in potential as fewer and fewer US 1 frontage properties in FL were available. Dirk stayed with it, found someone who saw the uniqueness of my property & coupled the sale of their property with the purchase of mine.
