Dirk went above and beyond in his efforts to sell the house, and also in his willingness to help us improve and preserve the condition, as we were a long distance and could not take care of many of those responsibilities. Dirk was available night, day, weekends - whatever it took to get the job done! This was a challenging situation and I was so relieved to be working with Dirk!
