Donna Marie became a Realtor® in 2014 and joined C21 Real Estate Champions. Donna Marie worked together as a team with her sister, Deborah Schnitzler, for several years. They were often called the Property Sisters. Deborah retired from real estate in 2023. Donna Marie has continued to work as an agent specializing in the residential market. Donna Marie successfully completed the Florida state licensing requirements for Sales Associate in 2014. She has additionally completed the 3 courses for her Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) designation the course for her Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation and the certification for Price Strategy Advisor (PSA). Donna Marie was awarded the Golden Eagle in 2022 and 2018, Platinum Eagle in 2017, Silver Eagle in 2015, sales awards from Century 21. The Quality Service awards in 2022, 2021, 2019, 2017, and 2015 from her client's surveys to Century 21. Donna Marie's previous career was with Suburban Propane. She retired after 36 years and relocated to Florida from Monterey, California. During her career at Suburban, she held many different positions, including Customer Relations Specialist and Area Sales Representative. Donna Marie assisted in the engineering of new installations of propane for residential and commercial projects. In her spare time, Donna Marie enjoys listening to live music with friends, singing and has traveled the world performing with the choral group, I Cantori di Carmel. Donna Marie is enthusiastic, tenacious, and enjoys helping people sell their home or buy their piece of paradise.

Seller reviewBecause Donna Bartoli was in the same neighborhood of the sale house, she was able to help out and stop by the house when needed. She offered to help out also with some other things like the sale of furniture and helped to sell some furniture when taking people on viewings. She was always available when needed and kept us updated.

Buyer reviewDonna was great at finding homes with the features that I wanted. She had a large selection of homes for me to see. Some needed more repairs than I wanted while others location was not what I had in mind. Donna asked me many probing questions as to what I liked and disliked in a home. She helped me understand the buying method and what to expect at each turn. She negotiated a really good price for the home I wanted. She was not afraid to keep pushing back on the other Real Estate Agent. Thanks to Donna for a great job.

Seller reviewDonna Marie Bartoli understood the process for Mainlands of Tamarac sales and purchases better than we did, and my parents owned the condo for over 33 years. Since we were in Michigan, we relied on her experience and knowledge to get us through the sale as simply as possible. I do not engage in technology so she kept it to a minimum. She was easy to work with and enthusiastic about selling my mother's house. Since I care for my mother full-time, I sent my husband and a friend to Florida in November to pack up as much of the contents as we wanted. Much of the contents were donated to a church that Donna recommended. We are please that someone else can use the furniture. She was constantly in contact with us via phone or email. We appreciate her efforts on our behalf to make this a painless, safe, fair process. She is a consumate professional who really seems to care about her clients both before and after a sale.
