Elaine was the seller's agent when we purchased our home. We thought she was professional and we were able to quickly close on our home when we bought it. We decided to ask her to be our agent when it was time to sell our home as we thought she was approachable, professional, and had an "insiders" knowlege of our town and area. She was helpful with suggestions prior to putting the house on the market, and did a great job in finding comparable current listings and sales. We did not want to linger on the market for a long time, we feel our home was priced fairly, and we were up front with Elaine as she was with us. Win-Win.

We had worked with other realtors prior to Elaine Smith and frankly, it was stressful and generally unpleasant. I'm so glad that we made the change and contacted Elaine when we sold our last house. I have worked with Elaine in the past. Real Estate agents wear a lot of different hats and have to be strong problem solvers in order to be successful.
