I am a full time Realtor® with both a CT and MA real estate license serving Hartford and Tolland Counties in CT and Hampden County in MA. Here is some information about my qualifications: I have over 30 years experience as a local real estate agent and am a lifelong resident of the area, licensed in Connecticut and Massachusetts. In 2016, I won the Century 21 President's Award, which recognizes top sales producers along with pinnacle quality service as designated by my clients. In addition, I am a 13 time winner of Connecticut Magazine's 5 Star Agent, and am the Recipient of Realtor.com's Marketing Award of Excellence. For the last 5 years, I have been the top selling agent in our Enfield office. Clients will tell you I have a strong work ethic, and am results oriented. I am committed to excellence and have an open ear, I really do hear what you have to say! I never lose sight that I work for you, the customer. Seller reviewElaine helped us sell a property that was not that easy to sell. She knew how to price it to get the most out of a less than ideal situation, and she was our strong advocate during sales negotiations. I would recommend Elaine to anyone trying to sell a house, period. She clearly knows her business and the local market.

Seller reviewElaine was simply outstanding. She assisted me with very important renovation decisions as related to the market price of the house. She new precisely how to price the house and the marketing was amazing (listing and pictures,etc.). We were under contract within a few weeks and her negotiation was spot on. The actual closing process with the buyers financing was a challenge as a few delays from the bank caused the closing to be delayed. Elaine handled all of this with the utmost professionalism and her communication was prompt and precise. I would not venture to ever use a different agent than Elaine Smith. She is truly a cred to the Allpoints Century 21 organization. I do plan on using Elaine again both for my personal property and my business properties. She was GREAT. Always very professional, well dressed, very attractive, and very nice.

Buyer reviewElaine Smith is so wonderful , she lessened to what I wanted, Even thou the house was what I was looking for , But was no where ready to move into. . When we found the right house she was on top of what had to be done, and pushed me to get things done,when they needed to get done. This type of dedication is hard to find in people these days.She took a lot of the stress out of buying a house. I would recommend using Elaine Smith to sell your house and to help you purchase a house . She knows her in's and out's of the Real Estate Market. !!
