I met Ellie when she was showing my daughter houses. She went the extra mile for my daughter and my daughter absolutely loved the experience.
She was incredibly responsive, answering all of our questions promptly and thoroughly". We looked at so many houses, it was exhausting. Ellie just kept encouraging me, even though I was getting very frustrated and disappointed. Every time I just wanted to settle for a house, she kept reminding me that I shouldn't settle. I could just send her pictures of homes we were interested in and she would immediately know whether it was something I would want to see or not. I trusted her input 100%. She even took us to some viewings that she knew wewouldn't want. She would say, "I just thought that you should see it so you didn't feel like you missed the one."
