Evelyn Thomas has been absolutely amazing. She has had our best interest at heart since day one, and even now over a month after the closing she is still making sure everything is going well and looking out for us! If anything goes wrong with the bouse, she is still taking care of it for us. She even watched our kids for us to have an evening out after the hassle of moving! Evelyn is fantastic and will definitely be the only realtor I will go through in the Norfolk, Virginia surrounding area!

I would have to say that working with Evelyn Thomas was a AWESOME experience. (We=my wife and I) Whenever we called Evelyn would answer the phone. She answered any question we had. The most memorable time was in the beginning of selling our house. We thought that our house was going to sell quickly, but things just so happen to not work out. She kept us thinking positive and moving in the right direction, a few weeks into the sale, we got an offer and it was put under contract really quickly. I have to mention that Evelyn is representing us for the buying of a house and this is not reflected in these questions but I want to add more. We were looking for a house, and it was contingent upon us selling our house. We made a total of 3 offers total. Each had their own circumstance, all of which were out of Evelyn control. Towards the end we were just so down on our luck because we had 3 houses slip away. But Evelyn was there to offer kind words of encouragement that really brought our spirits up each time. On the last house we made an offer on, the seller's realtor was being really unreasonable in the offer. I could really tell that Evelyn was getting frustrated as well as us. But through 2 entire days of negations, she kept her composure and remained completely professional. I really enjoyed Evelyn Thomas being our Realtor. She was nice, kind, easy to work with. She even drew up contracts as late as 10 pm and even later. She is really dedicated and it was a complete joy to have worked with Evelyn. I have and will continue to recommend Evelyn to anyone trying to buy or sell their home.
