Seller reviewWe were introduced to Evelyn Thomas after a less than satisfactory experience with another broker in the sale of our home. We were looking for someone who was knowledgeable of the market, understood our needs and concerns, and most importantly, was a strong communicator -- providing us updates as to marketing efforts, prospective buyer traffic (in-person showings and online), and meaningful feedback from brokers and prospects. Also, we wanted to work directly with and communicate with the agent herself and not through an assistant.
