Seller reviewAs I was not in the area where property was being sold and I was having some remodeling done, Evelyn was always there if I needed her. She kept in touch with me regarding jobs being done and any problems with the jobs. We would talk weekly about the prospects remodeling etc. She was a Godsend with the sale of the property and I don't think she got enough commission from the sale. Evelyn unfortunately had to deal with the previous buyers, who were in the house due to an early possession, and she handled them superbly, even though they were extremely difficult to deal with. Most importantly, Evelyn was very professional and timely when dealing with everything that came up during the listing and sale.
