Seller reviewFabian worked diligently and professionally in his approach to marketing my property. He communicated well throughout. At no point of the process did I question or feel that Fabian didn't have my best interest. His marketing skills which included an initial open house secured eleven offers. My property sold for $30,000 over the asking price which closed escrow in 22 days. I highly recommend Fabian to represent you in either listing or selling your home.

He has dealt with all the problems we've had with permits from the City of Pomona. He has always kept us updated, has met with inspectors, supervisor and has been to the City of Pomona several times. He's an excellent agent and an asset to Century 21 Citrus. We're very pleased with his performance.
