Seller reviewFrank has done multiple transactions for me and my family. This is my 4th one with Frank. EVERY SINGLE ONE HAS GONE WITHOUT A HITCH! He listed my condo for $189,900 and a few days later we had multiple offers for well above listing price. This one sold for $15,100 over list price without any concessions. His theory of PRICE, PREPARATION & ACCESS is spot on. His other theory about choosing the "Right Buyer" hits it out of the ballpark! With so many transactions falling through, it's very important to find the buyer that will follow through and not get cold feet. Rating Frank from 1-10, I give him 1000! If you need someone that specializes in listing and selling properties, he is your man! As the saying goes, "Keep Calm and Call Campo!"
