Seller reviewFrank hit the floor running with our listing, from day one he was on top of everything, from the pictures to the staging and finally to the house description, everything was spot on. He was diligent on getting back to me and always took the time to explain every step. Due to the online listing, we had over 50 appointments for showings, we received a cash offer the first day and even though it fell thru there was another cash offer right after, which he negotiated for a higher number. We accepted and closed in a couple of weeks. Frank was available to us anytime we had any questions.
