One of the stand out points for us this time was when showing our home for us while we were out of town on vacation, the basement had flooded due to excess rain. Jacob managed to clean up the water and get it back to show ready without us having to worry about it on vacation. We came home to an accepted offer! Thanks Jacob!

He was also very friendly and understanding of the fact that we had two small children along with us for a large majority of our showings. Jacob took the time to speak with my husband and me to ease our minds about the whole process. We consistently were impressed with Jacob and Century 21. We saw dozens of homes and never felt pressured by Jacob. We went into this process extremely apprehensive, but ended up buying our dream home. We couldn't be happier. Thank you, Jacob!
