We wanted/needed someon who could do it ALL: take over the house and make it ready for offering after it had been occupied by someone with a life estate; advixe us about the local market as wekk as pricing the home for sale. Enough of a recommendation for my wife and myself. We signed the listing agreement on Friday afternoon and by Monday morning she presented us with an offer. Jodi negotiated our requests to the buyers and closed the contract including our request for an increase in the price The rest of the process proceeded without any problems as closing proceeded quickly. We would recommend Jodi to anyone selling their home on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Her commission rate was very fair and acceptable. We do not know how her work buying a property BUT we think it would be the same. A very conscious approach to real estate and her market. Thank you Jodi. Looking forward to working with you again.
