It only took 4 showings, all of whom were with out of state buyers, for us to get an offer which, after several counters, we could accept. Jodi was essential through the negotiation phase and with spearheading the work with the title company to reach a successful close. Jodi knows how to market the upper end homes in the Ocean Springs market and obtain competent offers quickly. I would, and have, recommend her to anyone looking to market their home.
