Relocating from out of state created some challenges in viewing homes in this hot market, but John made him self readily availably and managed to schedule many showings for us while we were in town. His knowledge of Southern Maryland is incredible, and his relationships he has with other realtors, builders and vendors and the insight to their work and reputations was a valuable asset to have to ensure we were making the right decision in selecting our home.
