Not only are they extremely versed in the local market, but their extensive experience in dealing with properties/types of all sizes instantly provide flexibility in being able to support any client's needs regardless of what market they are in.

I personally am not a big fan of sales people. They can be pushy and will do anything to get a sale. But I never looked at Dina and Joe as a salesperson.
