Buyer reviewWe met first reached out to Chris in August of 2023. We then went through a weird time in our lives and decided we weren't ready to purchase. Chris was patient, checked in on us, and reached out to see if there was anything he do could do help. When we were ready to take the plunge because of how patient and not pushy Chris was we went to him over family. He respected our needs and was proactive in suggestions on what could benefit us. He took the time out to show us numerous houses around Utah. He answered all of our questions and ensured our kids had exactly what we wanted for them. Chris's communication can't be beat. He has great attentive to detail, he listens, he's approachable and friendly. You can tell his passionate about his work and you can tell he puts his all into his clients. Chris helped us find our dream home and we will always recommend him!

He was always available by text or by call. He was excellent at checking in and making sure we got the best possible deal. He clearly has a excellent understanding of real estate in the Salt Lake area. Working with Chris felt like working with a family member we felt like we could ask any question or bring up any concern and he would give us honest feedback and answers. A few of our friends had used Chris as a realtor in the past and we knew from our first meeting that he would be the best fit for us. Chris is very knowledgeable and professional, he was very available and willing to answer any questions we had (which were a lot). He really took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for. He negotiated to get us a great deal and walked us through each step of the home buying process. He is very kind and trustworthy. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor. We would gladly use him again for any future needs!
