Joyce Chang is very knowledgeable about selling/buying houses. She was very patient and thorough with everything, and she always spend time explaining every process before moving to the next step. She is a wonderful person as well as an excellent real estate agent.

Joyce was recommended by a friend and it was one of the best choices we've ever made. Joyce is new to the area in Fullerton, but she understands the market. We were dealing with a seller who wanted a lot more than we were willing to offer given the condition of the home and market conditions in September 2022 when homes are starting to sit longer and reduce their prices. In the end we agreed on a price which was in our favor and Joyce handled all the documents flawlessly. She explained all the documents and made it very easy to review and sign. We felt like we were Joyce's one and only customer. Never felt like we had to wait in line for our turn. Very responsive. She answered all our calls and texts quickly in all hours of the day. Joyce also handled communications with our Lender who is not very responsive. Great system for signing documents. We were able to complete them using our smartphones and minimized interruptions to our busy schedule.

Joyce was recommended by a friend. We had no knowledge of her sales records, reviews, or talents. She was also new in our area in Fullerton. So it was just faith that she will do a great job. But it was a great choice. There were 2 veteran realtors with record sales in our specific neighborhood. But Joyce exceeded our expectations selling our townhome. From staging the home to pricing strategy, Joyce guided the sale of our home and got us above asking in a market where most homes were reducing their prices. Responsive at any time of day with answers to our questions. I know she had other clients but it felt as if we were the only client she had. We never felt like we had to wait our turn. This was the first home we ever sold. We are glad we had Joyce to guide us through the process. We got more than asking and closed in 3 weeks. This is during October 2022 when a lot of homes reduced their prices or failed to close escrow. Highly recommend!!

Joyce did an excellent job finding us our perfect home. The seller of Bear Creek cancelled the first two appointments and did not care to provide any more showings. My wife knew she would love the home, so Joyce kept encouraging the seller agent to give us a chance. After we finally got a walk through, we had to make an offer the same day. During our discussion, Joyce came up with a brilliant idea of letting the seller stay there for free while she waits to move into her new home. The seller loved us being so thoughtful, and let us purchase the home. Our offer was also a little more than the asking - which also helped. Joyce's did a terrific job communicating with the many different organizations (Escrow, Loan Officer, Sellers agent, and Buyer). She was on the phone, emailing, and texting all day and night to get everything organized and closed. Joyce's did an excellent job communicating with our Loan Officer to keep the process moving. I started the refinance process of my current home only a few days before the seller accepted our offer on Bear Creek. Therefore, we had to finalize and close on two mortgages. Joyce kept following up with everyone until both closed and recorded.

Joyce is very detail-oriented. I am a first-time home buyer so finding a good agent is very important. I'm glad that I've used Joyce as my agent, she's reliable and knowledgeable, and really cares about her customers! With the help from her, everything went smoothly from the beginning to the closing. I will definitely recommend her to anyone who is considering buying/selling their properties!

Joyce is a very easy person to approach and very patient to hear what you want. There were many obstacles in our dynamics with the lender/seller/HOA and it was a lot of work and I honestly could not believe most agents would work as hard and with persistence to make it all work out. This was my first ever home purchase and I would highly recommend Joyce to my friend and family!
