Personal Profile

I was born on Maui and spent the first 12 years of my life there. In 1988, my mother moved me back to her hometown. I have called Mt. Shasta my home ever since. I attended the local schools and graduated from Mt. Shasta High School in 1994. In 1999, I graduated from Simpson University with a Bachelor's degree in Business and Human Resources. In 2000, I married my husband, Jason. We have 5 sweet and energetic children!

I started my real estate career in 2001. Two years later I received my real estate license. Real estate has been a perfect fit raising a busy family.

I enjoy working with buyers and sellers. It is especially rewarding meeting new people and helping them find, just the right property in Mt. Shasta and different parts of south Siskiyou County. Real Estate offers me the ability to be a full time mom and have a career I enjoy.

We contacted Kainoa Ferguson to list our former home after moving away from the area. The home, while beautiful and built in an awesome neighborhood, was located in a somewhat difficult market, still recovering from the downturn in the mid-2000's.

Kainoa's experience really came through for us. She has been a real estate professional in the local community for 18 years, grew up in the area and intimately knows the market, neighborhoods and factors at play. Kainoa's connection and rapport with local contractors, service industry resources and other realtors was tremendously beneficial in obtaining a quick, smooth and seamless transaction. Kainoa went above and beyond in all aspect of this process. She kept me informed. She used FaceTime to show me the inside of the house I ended up purchasing. She was knowledgeable. She helped the escrow people with what they needed to obtain the title. She introduced me to an awesome mortgage broker. When I moved in she arranged for help with unloading the truck. Etc etc etc

She even provided fire starting lessons. Since then Kainoa has been great with names of local references for painters, carpet cleaning and more! Very grateful for this awesome woman! Thank you Kainoa!!!
