Karen was frindly, helpful and kind from the first house we looked at a few years back to the home we now have. Karen and her team found us the right home. Karen is more then a realtor, she has become a friend.

She didn't even let Covid 19 get in her way and stood beside my car as I signed papers, while shivering in the cold. When I ranted in frustration, she listened and calmed me. When I had questions, she always knew the answers. When I needed extra help, she was there for me. No one could have been more friendly and grounded. Karen's experience and deep knowledge of our area made me feel secure and her communication skills were top notch. There is no question that I would recommend her enthusiastically if you want top dollar for your home and a seamless process to boot.

Karen Kinsel took extra time to explain each process and step we went through. She made herself available even off hours and spent her normal days off staying in touch about changes and updates. Karen was extremely patient with the neighbor who asked multiple questions before signing his part of the paperwork for property easement. We appreciate her patience.

Once I made the decision to sell this property, not familiar with any relators I reached out to several. For them, for the most part I received little if any positive feed back. I learned of Karen thru a mutual acquaintance. Once I was able to make contact with her I received helpful suggestions regarding the presentation of my property. Karen was able to market and sell my property for my full asking price which was considerably more than other realtors were willing to list for. I have and will continue to recommend her to possible clients
