Seller reviewI had met Karen through a mutual friend and I liked her immediately. I knew that when it came time to sell she would be the right person for the job! When Karen initially took the pictures to put my house on line I cried because i thought it was so ugly..the very next day she showed back up with decorative pillows and bedding and gave my house a beautiful makeover! I thought that was the most wonderful genuine thing she could do to hel me sell my house! She is a Top notch sales girl who helped me not only with the house stuff but kept me calm during the whole emotional part of selling the house that my kids grew up in ? I think I summed it up above. Everything in my life went smith because of Karen and I was making a major transition and really needed exactly what she gave me. Not just someone selling my home but a friend as well! I was pretty stressed out over things and anything Karen couldn't do, John Tull stepped in and made it happen!

Buyer reviewWe had worked with other agents previously but after working with Karen Saunders we would not even consider using anyone else. We were not the easiest of clients as we were not set on location or type of house. Our search lasted over 6 months, took us to over 6 different towns, and included looking at over 15 properties. Each step of the way Karen Saunders guided us with expertise and knowledge. Karen was always available any time of the day. She was prompt with setting up properties for us to see and always responded to us quickly. She made us feel as if we were her only clients although we knew she had multiple other clients at the same time. When she did not know the answer to something (which was not often) she would get the answer and get back to us right away. Her knowledge of real estate, her professionalism, and her dedication are among her greatest attributes. In the end we purchased the perfect home for us, in the perfect location, for the perfect price. We would not be in our beautiful new home if it weren't for Karen Saunders. She has our business for life and our recommendation to anyone we know looking to buy or sell a property.
