Karen was approachable, kind, helpful, and a wonderful person to work with throughout this process! I couldn't ask for a better person to work with to buy a house! Karen Stephany deserves a raise! She goes above and beyond! Karen seems as though she is genuinely a great person and deserves 5/5 Stars!

Karen was absolutely amazing, she went above and beyond for us. She understood us and helped us every bit of the way without seeming annoyed once, unlike a few others we had to deal with along the way. She was a safe haven during this process. We found her by just randomly calling the office to find out about a house and we loved her honesty and loyalty. The only thing I know I can comment about is, Karen was always ready and willing to answer any question I threw her way and honestly at that. She made sure to also help explain things before hand too. I would recommend Karen to anyone I know that is buying a house because she listens to the things you want in a house and goes above and beyond helping you search for that house. She walks into the house with you as if she was the one buying it and tells you her honest opinion. Karen takes time to get to know you and actually cares. I know we all said at the end, we are glad that the closing is done and we found the perfect house for us but we are going to miss her.

Karen was outstanding. Instantly trustworthy, proactive, knowledgeable and personable. As first home buyers in the Clear Lake/Ventura area we did our due diligence, asking numerous people for first hand recommendations. Time and again Karen's name was top of that list. And for good reason. Having now worked with Karen on the successful purchase of a home, we are happy to add our names to the list of people in the area who will unreservedly recommend her to others. Trust was essential for us. We were in a relatively unique position in that we were purchasing the property from overseas. Karen's instant trustworthiness really set her apart. She was tremendously flexible with our special circumstances, talking with us late at night or early in the morning with the 13 hour time difference, and also coordinating with our family members who live in the area so they could be present at the home viewings. We couldn't help but have high expectations for Karen given her strong reputation. She more than delivered. Not only did Karen spot issues we would not have even known to ask about, she consistently delivered solutions, leveraging her extensive network of local contacts to do so. There were many times when the sale might have been derailed, yet with Karen it felt like smooth sailing throughout, with no problem being too big. Last but perhaps most importantly, what really sets Karen apart is that she listens and works to help you realize *your* dream. She never pushed us to proceed with a property that wasn't perfect for us. Her honest, candid feedback throughout the process was truly refreshing. If you are looking for an agent who is not just extremely competent but is someone you will genuinely enjoy meeting and working with, we could not recommend Karen highly enough.

Karen was wonderful to work with. We moved here from another state, and had a really difficult time finding a home that really fit us. She stuck with us and was awesome the entire time. We could tell that she really cared about us as people and genuinely wanted to help us find the right home. I would recommend her to anyone, and have to several people already!
