As a 20 year resident of the area and very involved in our community, I feel I have good experience with what the North Iowa area has to offer. In addition, I have 15 years experience as an elementary teacher. Communication skills grew during those years! I am a wife and a mother of 3 wonderful children and a resident of Clear Lake. Buyer reviewKaren was so patient with us and very flexible with her time. We would often text/call her with houses that we wanted to see that had come on the market within hours and she would drop everything to get us in the house. She made us feel as if we were her top priority even though we are aware she has many other customers. Karen went above and beyond to search and visit with owners of houses that fit our bill even if they were not on the market and got us through the door. Karen was very approachable to my husband and I. We felt as if we were fast friends with Karen and she made us feel comfortable sharing our interests when it came to locating the perfect home.
