Seller reviewLiked working with Kate on this project. Tough property to sell because of its condotion, but we worked through some of the issues and finally had an outcome. Would totally work with Kate on another project if the need came up again.

Buyer reviewAs first-time homebuyers, Kate was instrumental in helping my husband and I find the perfect first home for us to live and raise our young daughter in. She really took the time to understand our needs that we couldn't compromise on while also showing us properties with features we would like to have. Kate has lots of local and industry knowledge about homes and the Bloomington area and was great about pointing out homes that would be a good fit for first-time homebuyers. We are so pleased with our recently purchased home and can't wait to begin this next chapter thanks to Kate!

Seller reviewKate has a kind energy that I need to ground me in these times of extreme stress. She was an advocate and supportive in this difficut transaction (due to buyer lending issues). She helped guide me through the roller coaster ride we took with care and knowledge, and was ON MY TEAM, even when I had doubts and considered extreme steps or ending the transaction. She is truly concerned about the best outcome for me and my family, and not just earning a commission. And she KNOWS HER STUFF, as well as our area. She's an incredible human!

Seller reviewKate helped us sell my parents' home after they both passed. What was an emotional situation was made as stress-free as possible with Kate's tireless help and excellent communication. There were some unexpected issues that arose with the property before the sale was complete and Kate took care of them immediately and effectively. We were living out of state for the entire time the sale was being completed - but we felt confident that Kate was on top of every detail. In the end, we could not have asked for a smoother transaction. Kate's knowledge of codes and requirements is top-notch and we felt assured by her professionalism at every turn.
