Seller reviewKate helped us sell my parents' home after they both passed. What was an emotional situation was made as stress-free as possible with Kate's tireless help and excellent communication. There were some unexpected issues that arose with the property before the sale was complete and Kate took care of them immediately and effectively. We were living out of state for the entire time the sale was being completed - but we felt confident that Kate was on top of every detail. In the end, we could not have asked for a smoother transaction. Kate's knowledge of codes and requirements is top-notch and we felt assured by her professionalism at every turn.
