Buyer reviewKathleen's knowledge of the home buying process, especially for veterans, was exceptional! She knew and conveyed the requirements for a VA home loan and what it calls for. Her knowledge helped my wife and I ask more specific questions about the home we wanted to purchase. If she didnt know the answer, she would tell you she didnt know but at the same time, was ALWAYS able to get answer. That makes her resourceful She was on point. If you want a person to give bulls**t, and mislead you, dont use her. She's great and right to the point
