Serving others is a top priority for me. Whether it is a family member, church friend, my community or a random "new friend" I have recently met, I have found that when I am serving, I am happy! Therefore, serving home owners and new home buyers in their real estate needs likewise brings me great joy! I am a 40+ year resident of Virginia (the last 20 years residing in Stafford County). This affords me the knowledge of the surrounding area's characteristics. This knowledge enables me to market the home you are selling to a large database of buyers or, if you are buying, I utilize that knowledge to intently listen to your needs and then effectively assist you in buying a new home in a picture-perfect location. My experience enables me to confidently walk you through the home buying/selling process.
