Buyer reviewI recently moved the area and had no preference of a realtor or office I picked century 21 as the office was right next to my apartment. Laura made the experience great, from looking at houses to suggestions of houses available that fit my criteria. Then when we got through the offer accepted phase, she kept me informed and listened to me and offered advise when he were having issues with underwriting/the bank. She answered all my questions along the way and made my first home buying experience great. I would recommend her and century 21 to everyone.

Seller reviewPrior to hiring Larua Hale as the listing agent to sell our home, we had used the same realtor to help us purchase several homes over the years, but after the horrible experience we had with him when we purchased this home, we were on the hunt for a new Realtor who was licened in ILL.. After calling a few agency, only to find out that they were not Licensed in ILL., we had one agent who recommened Laura Hale, so we gave her and two others that were also recommended and Laura was the only one, who actually called us back. God answered our prayers, when HE sent us to Laura. We can not say enough good things about her and the experience we had with her. She was absolutely the BEST. She knows what she is doing, she is very attentive and always there to answer any questions we had, which was not many as she was very thourough with everything she did. She went above and beyond what is expected from a realtor. She is very honest and trustworty. I HIGHLY recommend her.
