Meet Lauree Watkins - Your Neighborhood Realtor As a Georgia native raised in Savannah, I came to the Atlanta area in 1990 upon graduation from the University of Georgia. With a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing with a Sales Concentration, I was very fortunate to have worked both in inside and outside sales for various business forms companies; most recently as a contract employee at Coca-Cola USA within the forms management department. I have extensive knowledge in all facets of customer relations including negotiations, marketing, and communications and am very excited to bring that expertise to my real estate business! Happily married to my husband Trace for almost 25 years, we have 2 beautiful daughters. I have been a resident of South Forsyth County since 1993 and have seen the many changes and growth to this area over the last 21+ years! People dont believe me when I say I moved here when McGinnis Ferry and Old Atlanta Road was a 2 way stop sign…but its true! I strongly believe in the importance of taking time out of our busy lives to help others - especially kids! I am a Girl Scout Leader and Volunteer and have been one for the last 12 years helping young girls be the voice they need to be in todays world! I also enjoy volunteering at my church, St. Columbas Episcopal, and working with the youth program there. When not selling real estate, you can find me playing tennis out of the Olde Atlanta Club neighborhood and rummaging through estate sales looking for the perfect find! I specialize in the sale of new (my husband is a Residential General Contractor - a great source of knowledge to me!) and existing homes in the Northeast Corridor of Atlanta focusing primarily in the Forsyth, North Fulton, and Gwinett areas. I am very passionate about serving others and look forward to starting each day meeting new people and finding ways to help them reach their real estate goals! She came to the initial meeting with very helpful information and explained her process in a way that definitely showed her expertise in real estate. Lauree never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly. Super responsive as if you are her only client! The pictures Lauree posted on the internet were professional and represented my house in the best possible way. Per Lauree's recommendation we listed my house at $379,900. My house went under contract in 4 days for $379,000. I should also tell you that I was on vacation in Italy when Lauree listed my house. She assured me that she could take care of everything while I was on vacation. I will most certainly be happy to recommend Lauree to family, friends or anyone looking for a realtor. At any moment we doubted that Lauree was going to find us the best house for the best deal possible and she did. She was always ready and available to show us houses and was very knowledgeable about all aspects involved in buying a house. Her advice was extremely helpful and her guidance made us feel we could relay on her to find us the perfect house at the perfect time. This journey was so smooth and stress free because Lauree worked tirelessly to ensure that every detail was taking care of. Buyer reviewWe are from Australia so we had little knowledge of the brokers in the area. We called Lauree Watkins as to ask about a house that she was the selling broker for. That house had actually just gone under contract a day or 2 before but Lauree was just so nice and so generous with her time explain how things worked in Georgia (and in the US in general) that we decided that she should be our broker. Seriously if there was a category above "excellent" for attention to detail I would Rate Lauree above. She just had absolutely everything covered. She erred on the side of over communication which for us (buying the house from the other side of the world) was exactly what we wanted. She was available after hours which with our 14 hour time zone difference made it so easy to get information when we needed it. Could not think of a single thing that I would have like Lauree to have done differently. If I ever buy or sell again she will be my first choice for a broker.

Buyer reviewWe met Lauree while at an open house. We were more than impressed with her professionalism, knowledge of the area and her kindness. First impressions go along way with us. We actually had another realtor that was assigned to us by our relocation company. After meeting Lauree, whose personality is one of kind, we called the relocation company and asked to use her. That was one of the best decisions we have ever made. She has been an absolute blessing. Her services were exemplary! She was quick to get back to us, did FaceTime walk throughs because we were out of state. She genuinely cared about us and showed that by the amount of time and resources she invested in us. It truly blew us away. Lauree went above and beyond and we are so grateful she was our realtor. We are going to write Cargill and recommend her for all of their relocations in the Atlanta area. She not only made our house hunting pleasurable, it was seamless! There was zero stress and she even stayed around to ensure the bank received our funds. Because we were there with our 3 kids, she wanted to send us on our way to meet contractors at the house. She was and is phenomenal! They don't get any more polite than Lauree! She is exceptionally patient (we weren't easy clients). We had very high expectations and she far exceeded the bar we had set. Again, everything fell into place, no hiccups - it was perfect! We feel Lauree should be recognized for her outstanding service. She is definitely a wonderful AMAZING asset to Century 21 and it doesn't go unnoticed. She will be the only realtor we deal with and refer our friends and family to. I hope you all recognize what a blessing she is and how valuable she is to the company.

We completely trusted our friends and knew that Lauree would be a great fit for us as well. Lauree made everything very easy for us from start to finish. Our house went under contract within 6 days and it was smooth sailing from there with Lauree. Her communication skills are excellent and she is extremely knowledgeable about the market and knows her competition. Lauree Watkins is all about the details and will do everything she can to get your house sold. On a personal note, Lauree went the extra mile and provided a cake and balloons to celebrate my birthday that happened to fall on the day of our closing.
