Larry was professional when presenting a plan to market and sell the property.
He understood the challenges of dealing with sellers who would be out of Alaska and explained how we could communicate to finish the sale.
He observed the repairs that were needed before listing the property and offered to follow through with the workers we selected.
Larry provided EXCELLENT support during this sales process complicated by winter in Alaska and COVID which added to the time this property was on the market. He was patient with questions and provided options for marketing this property.
Larry responded promptly to all calls and emails. He followed through on providing necessary paperwork.
He also called to remind us when documents needing signatures had been emailed.

Larry Burke was fundamental in being able for us to find out home within a set of prerequisites. Guiding us in all avenues related to the home purchase and allowing us to understand the process made it possible for us to achieve the near impossible, meaning finding our (perfect) home and closing it in time for our international shipment to arrive and not having to go through temporary storage arrangements. We wouldn't have been able to get settled so quickly if it was not for Larry and his extraordinary skillet on the market.
