Seller reviewOne day after the sale of my house, paperwork signed, Lenny found a big mistake. He called me repeatedly, untill I picked up the phone, to let me know they did some paperwork wrong and shorted me $1500! He made sure I understand the whole situation, how it happened and what to do to fix it. Lenny checked up with me to make sure the problem was corrected. Before the house sold Lenny answered all my questions and pointed out things that needed to be fixed/cleaned up to help the house sell. I would recommend Lenny to anyone that is selling their house.
