We have a real estate agent/contractor who we've used in the past and is currently building our new home that we had planned to use. Linzey made a post on social media searching for a home in our area. I responded to Linzey's initial post and although our property wasn't ideal for the person she was assisting at that time, she immediately mentioned another buyer she had that might be interested. This was ideal for our situation. We were hoping for a very quick sale and possibly not even having to list our home and Linzey did everything in her power to make that a reality.
There were some setbacks with the sale of our home due to an investor financing multiple properties in the area along with the purchase of our home. Linzey kept us informed and stayed on top of what was happening every step of the way. We appreciate all of her hard work!

Linzey has been fantastic!!! She not only found the the perfect home for my design style but also for my husband with the large yard , quite neighborhood with city amenities. Linzey has also given us advice about inspection, home insurance and any other questions we had which was very helpful as we are first time home buyers. I chose Linzey to represent my husband and myself again because we had such an excellent experience with her selling our first home. It was a no brainer to have her assist us in the purchase of our next one. Linzey really impressed me because she was reaching out to us about our property even on her personal vacation and while away on business trips. She really works for her customers and goes above and beyond. We had a second experience that was just as great. I trusted her expertise to assist us with some of the decision making again and she gave us great recommendations on a home inspector and a title company to use at closing. Both of those encounters were great too. Thank you, Linzey, for putting up with us during the process of selling our first home and during the purchase of our second home in the year 2016.
