From the very first visit I knew that LJ would take care of me. He asked a lot of questions to make sure we were looking in the right areas and the right houses. He was extremely patient with schedule and my needs. We looked at over 30 houses. When we walked into the house that I knew I wanted, he became a man on a mission. He completely took control of the negotations, inspections, attorney, and helped with my mortgage company for us. He made the closing simple. He made a stressful situation into a much more managable one for me. I would highly recommend LJ Bunker to anyone who is looking for a home or trying to sell it.

Between my daughter and I (joint purchasers), we asked LJ a mountain of questions via text, email and the phone, and his responses were always lightning fast and complete. He really helped us to understand many facets of the condo market and purchase process in an articulate and thoughtful way. His follow up and attention to detail was remarkable, and still is, as after the closing he continues to check in with us. We had to work through some unusual situations with the seller, and if it weren't for LJ's calm and empathetic demeanor the deal might otherwise have fallen through. The hours that he committed to tying up all loose ends were incredible, and we are truly grateful that we were fortunate enough to have such a professional and diligent agent helping us with the purchase.
