He encouraged me to constantly ask questions and was always quick in getting back to me if I did have something to ask. He made the daunting process of purchasing a home super easy. We set a pretty early closing date and, thanks to LJ's help, we were prepared and ready every step of the way. He stayed with us every step of the way and not only recommended the inspections we should do, but helped us set up appointments for each one. I was even able to take a week long, out of state vacation while were going through the purchase of the home and we didn't miss a beat. I'll definitely be recommending him to my friends and family!

Seller reviewPleasant to talk with. Caring and kind towards a persons needs/wants from a property. Prepared and professional. Flexible schedule, responsive to questions promptly. Very patient when dealing with an older person with wanting to read all paperwork and sign on papers. He is adaptable to both paper and electronic paperwork. Property had offer after one week.
