Buyer reviewWe researched several other agents/brokers, but quickly developed a trusting relationship with LJ. His tenacious and friendly spirit stood out, and choosing him to represent us was absolutely the right choice. LJ is a highly knowledgable agent and a local real estate expert. Overall wonderful experience - LJ is super attentive and responsive, and he moved the transaction along without any trouble.

When we decided to sell our home this spring we only would have used LJ again as our realtor. He is extremely knowledgeable, attentive to details and just a pleasure to work with! Buyer reviewWe met LJ when he represented the buyer at the sale of our home. We were so impressed by his professionalism and genuine personality that we dumped our Agent and hired him. LJ was willing to always respond to texts, calls or drive anywhere and show us a potential property. In the year it took us to find our dream home his knowledge and commitment to making sure we found exactly what we wanted surpassed our expectations. In this market having a knowledgeable Agent who can deal with other Agents is crucial. LJ was able to find out exactly what we needed in order to put in the perfect Offer and purchase our home. We will be using LJ and Century 21 All Points Realty in the future for all our real estate needs! If LJ wasn't as good at what he does we wouldn't be sitting in our new home. LJ became more than our Agent he is now a trusted friend.

Seller reviewLJ Bunker came highly recommended. After speaking with him I was more than confident he was the person that I wanted to handle the sale of our house. In all my experiences, LJ Bunker performed heads above all other realtors that I have (ever) dealt with. He even responded when he was on a well-deserved vacation that happened to coincide with the actual closing of the house. LJ exceeded all expectations with communications, house knowledge, market knowledge and end results. His plan was aggressive, and it worked well. We had multiple offers the first weekend. LJ took care of all details big and small, ours was a remote sale and I never felt the need to 'micromanage' anything he suggested. Never did I feel I had to be there in person. I wished he was in business when we bought the house! He takes great pride in what he does and doesn't leave any stone unturned. I give him an A+++!
