Seller reviewExcellent communication and was always on top of every task he was handed from getting the sales disclosures completed fast and on time, to setting up all the house showings, to working very well with the buyers and their realtor agent. The push for communication was always there so that nothing was missed to ensure the sale went smoothly every single step of the way. Overall had a great sales experience with LJ as he provides you with all the details you need, all market values in your area to get you an idea of what to list the house for, and great communication between both buyers and sellers parties.
