As a long-time resident of Mason City, Iowa, I take a lot of pride in helping families find a new place to live. Whether you have lived here all your life or you are transitioning to the area, you will come to love this area as much as I do! I have been an associate Broker in the State of Iowa for over 17 years. I strive to continue my education each year with new classes and designations to keep me abreast of my clients needs. This is an ever changing business for the better, and I intend on changing with it as it comes. Cerro Gordo County and the surrounding communities are rich with culture from leisure time, to music, arts, theater, architecture, and agriculture. During the summer, you may choose to enjoy the lake in Clear Lake, Iowa, or the North Iowa Band Festival Parade in honor of the Mason City Music Man, held annually. We also pride ourselves in our educational excellence and the community that thrives with awesome Midwest people. It is my desire to serve the residential, rural residential and commercial industry in these areas to the best of my abilities. She recommended great people to work with, such as home inspector and even loan officer. Her advice on where to get our loan happened to save us a lot of money on our mortgage. Her knowledge of the area is unmatched. Shes friendly and professional; and even after we closed on our home she took us around town to get our homestead tax credit, and to show us key locations in the area (such as where to pay our utilities and the post office). I would absolutely recommend her to friends and family.

She reassured us when we had concerns and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. We did our financing online and she was there to help us fax and communicate whenever we needed. It made everything smooth and seamless!
