As a long-time resident of Mason City, Iowa, I take a lot of pride in helping families find a new place to live. Whether you have lived here all your life or you are transitioning to the area, you will come to love this area as much as I do! I have been an associate Broker in the State of Iowa for over 17 years. I strive to continue my education each year with new classes and designations to keep me abreast of my clients needs. Cerro Gordo County and the surrounding communities are rich with culture from leisure time, to music, arts, theater, architecture, and agriculture. During the summer, you may choose to enjoy the lake in Clear Lake, Iowa, or the North Iowa Band Festival Parade in honor of the Mason City Music Man, held annually. We also pride ourselves in our educational excellence and the community that thrives with awesome Midwest people. Lola bent and twisted her schedule to fit mine "single dad of 2 young boys" and kept me in the loop on everything, I am very impressed with her as a realtor but I am even more impressed with her as a person!!! such a genuine and caring lady!!!! Lola made the house buying process the easiest its been for me! and I've bought 3 houses in 8 years! Lola made this a very pleasurable experience and I cant say enough good things about her or the staff at Century 21 as well as Veterans United Home Loans! We were ready to close a WEEK early!!!!! I wish I could change the Excellent to a rating of *Exceeded expectations by far*
