I am also certified in Master Negotiation being a part of the small 5% of all agents trained highly in negation techniques. Negotiation is the #1 most important skills to consumers, therefor I have invested time and effort to advocate and negotiate what’s in my client’s best interest throughout every step of the transaction confidently and successfully. I use my real estate expertise, negotiation training, marketing skills, and background in psychology to work with not only my clients, but also all parties involved to successfully accomplish the end goal... buying your dream home or selling one of your most valuable assets… your home!
I eat, breath, and sleep real estate… and have been doing so since I was 7 years old. My late grandfather, James Bare IV, was a real estate broker in Southern MD and my mom, Cheryl Bare, has ranked as the #1 top producing realtor in Southern MD for multiple consecutive years. We are proud to have recently branched out as a real estate TEAM to serve Southern Maryland even bigger and bolder than before!
