I cannot thank Mary enough. She took what was a very stressful situation and turned it into an easy one, relieving all my stress along the way. She did EVERYTHING, during a time when I couldn't do anything. Mary's knowledge, experience, skill, work ethic, communication, compassion, and ability to address challenges are exceptional. On top of that, she's just a lovely person to know and work with. I can't even imagine buying or selling a house without her assistance, and would absolutely go to her first for any future needs.

Mary was excellent. She went above and beyond considering it was my mother's properties. There were issues with errors in the lot lines and tax numbers but Mary navigated all of it with the town and county. Mary was great considering we she was working with my lawyer to sell my mother's properties. It was a nice touch that there was furniture placed in the online sights in what was an empty house so potential buyer could visualize placements.

We've known Mary personally since 1976. We know her to be absolutely trustworthy, professional, well-informed, knowledgeable, efficient, congenial, finely attuned to the wants and needs of her clients and tireless in pursuit thereof--*she listens*. In our considered opinion, C21's performance chart needs a sixth column. Borrowing from the Spanish: "ESTUPENDO!" Far, far above excellent and the usual expectations. As the old saying goes, "Mary is tops!" Or, as The Beatles used to say *they* wanted to be, "The toppermost of the poppermost!" You get the idea. Mary's Admin, Becky, was very friendly, prompt, professional, and thorough in her communications with us. They're a great team. We've already been singing Mary's praises to anyone who'll listen. There's *absolutely nothing* we needed or desired that Mary wouldn't happily help us with--and then she'd offer to do even more! Every day Mary offered to assist us in any way she could, coming up with helpful hints & information to smooth our transition. DeForest has changed a lot in the 10 years we've been gone and she's brought us right up to speed. Not only that, but we've been a whole year trying to make this move--she's been *patiently* with us every step of the way--answering every question, viewing a home for us, even vetting new Florida agents after our realtor failed to get the job done. Mary's recommendation brought us a signed offer in just 12 days.
