Buyer reviewMary was on top of her game. Was very easy to contact at any time and would always respond immediately. She made us feel very comfortable as first time buyers. She is very direct which helped cut through a lot of fat with trying to figure out things on a first home buy. She also answered any question you had about buying even if it was a difficult one to answer or simple. I would recommend Mary to any friends and family looking to buy in the area.

During that time Mary Schultz got our listing ready, came over to look at our house, helped get pictures taken, listed our house, etc. We were blown away with how quickly she made everything happen! Buyer reviewWhere do I begin? Our journey with Mary Schulz begin 6 years ago when we moved to Madison and purchased our first home. She kept in contact with us as we debated purchasing & making updates to our home a few years later. Our current house hunt lasted 2 years as we looked for our 'forever home' in this crazy market. Mary was by our side every step of the way!
